The collaboration between Sea Breeze founder Emin Agalarov and the Nobu brand has a long history. Back in 2009, the partners opened the first Nobu restaurant in Russia, followed by a second project in 2015, which was presented with the personal participation of the brand's founders. Their long-standing friendship and cooperation have given rise to a new chapter: Nobu projects at Sea Breeze in Baku and Montenegro.
Under the Nobu brand, Sea Breeze in Azerbaijan will feature an 80-room hotel and 100 residences, including five villas in the brand's signature style—natural materials, minimalist design, and a combination of comfort and elegance. The Nobu restaurant will be a magnet for guests and residents, offering Japanese-Peruvian cuisine from the chain's chef, as well as a stylish bar and lounge area.
The Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences complex will be located on the Caspian coastline, with direct access to the sea, surrounded by modern infrastructure for a full-fledged vacation and active lifestyle. Guests and residents will be able to use the fitness center, luxurious spa complex, and spacious meeting and event rooms.
At the same time, the Nobu brand, in collaboration with Sea Breeze, is entering the Montenegrin coast with the Nobu Residences, Hotel, and Restaurant project in Sea Breeze Montenegro. The concept will combine an 80-room hotel, 100 private residences, including five luxury villas, and a Nobu restaurant. Panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and proximity to the region's most prestigious destinations will complement the project's many advantages.
