On February 11 and 12, Tashkent is hosting the Move International Real Estate Summit — one of the key events in the industry, bringing together developers, investors, and market experts from different countries. As part of the business program, the founder of the Sea Breeze resort city, Emin Agalarov, presented the project's development strategy and shared his plans for the implementation of Sea Breeze Uzbekistan.
On February 10, on the eve of the summit, an urban tour was organized for participants to the Charvak Reservoir, the location of the future large-scale Sea Breeze Uzbekistan project. About 180 forum guests took part in the event. Emin Agalarov personally presented the concept for the development of the territory. The project on Lake Charvak will be a continuation of the brand's philosophy, based on the comprehensive development of territories, the creation of modern infrastructure, and the formation of a comfortable urban environment of international standard.
On February 11, Emin Agalarov was interviewed on stage at the forum by entrepreneur Oskar Hartmann. The discussion focused on the development of Sea Breeze's infrastructure, brand standards in development, and the introduction of innovative technologies and artificial intelligence into the company's work processes.
Emin Agalarov emphasized that digital transformation is one of today's development priorities:
"My team's goal is to optimize all processes by the end of the year and make them as efficient as possible through the daily use of AI agents in their work. Artificial intelligence plays a leading role in design. AI can already be fully delegated to create a rendering of a future project. I am confident that very soon the system will take over all calculations."
At the same time, he noted that, despite technological innovations, development remains a living and human process:
"Construction management will always remain. We tried using robots and VR glasses. But real estate is primarily about emotions. It is important for anyone to walk into their future apartment, look at the view from the window, and check everything by touch."
The Sea Breeze team also took part in discussion panels. Sales Director Ena-Camelia Melikova participated in a discussion on the topic: “Development in Uzbekistan: the trend towards comprehensive development.” Mikhail Namazov, Head of Strategic Development at Sea Breeze, was a speaker at the lecture hall and used a project as an example to explain how the scalable development strategy has become an ecosystem for investors and developers.
