Emin Agalarov took part in the opening of the Moscow office of the Azerbaijan Tourism Bureau
On October 25, the official opening ceremony of the Azerbaijan Tourism Bureau's representative office in the Russian Federation took place in Moscow. The event brought together leading representatives of the tourism industry in Russia and Azerbaijan, key government officials, and partners.
The event was attended by Agalarov Development President Emin Agalarov, Chairman of the State Agency for Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan Fuad Nagiyev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Russian Federation Rahman Mustafayev, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Dmitry Vakhrikov, Deputy Head of the Department of Foreign Economic and International Relations of Moscow Vyacheslav Manuilov, and others.
The Moscow office of the Bureau was opened with the aim of strengthening cooperation with Russian tourism organizations, promoting Azerbaijan's tourism potential, and expanding information and advertising activities in the Russian market.
Emin Agalarov spoke about the great potential for development of the tourism industry: " Today we are discussing tourism in Azerbaijan and Russia, and I can say that I am very interested in this issue, because we are developing the Sea Breeze resort city on the Caspian coast. Over the past year, we have managed to attract many global brands to Azerbaijan so that Russian tourists can not only relax in Baku, but also go shopping. Azerbaijan will not yield to any advanced country – we want to be the best and most accessible. Considering that we are geographically close to Moscow and it is easy for Russians to fly here, we look forward to welcoming everyone to Sea Breeze.
The opening of the representative office was an important step in the development of tourism between the two countries.
