Panorama by ELIE SAAB Breaks Ground, Marking a New Chapter for Luxury Living in Azerbaijan

Sabah Investment Group, in partnership with Reportage Group and ELIE SAAB, celebrated the groundbreaking of Panorama by ELIE SAAB, officially launching construction of the first ELIE SAAB branded residential project in Azerbaijan.

Held at Sea Breeze on the shores of the Caspian Sea, the ceremony marked a significant milestone for Azerbaijan’s luxury real estate landscape, bringing together international design excellence, architectural innovation and the distinctive lifestyle vision of ELIE SAAB.

The event welcomed government officials, business leaders, investors and senior representatives of Sabah Investment Group, Reportage Group and ELIE SAAB. Opening remarks were delivered by the chairman of Sabah Investment Group Mr. Orhan Mustafayev, Sea Breeze Mr. Emin Agalarov, and Mr. Elie Saab Jr., CEO of ELIE SAAB Group . Mr. Elie Saab Jr’s presence in Baku reflected the strategic significance of the development and the partners' shared ambition to establish a new benchmark for luxury living in Azerbaijan.

Developed by Sabah Investment Group in partnership with Reportage Group, Panorama by ELIE SAAB will be located on a prime 23,531 sqm waterfront site within Sea Breeze, overlooking the Caspian Sea. Inspired by the fluidity of the coastline, the architectural concept blends seamlessly with its surroundings while expressing the refined design language of ELIE SAAB.

The project will feature more than 550 residences, ranging from one- and two-bedroom apartments to duplexes and penthouses. Conceived under the creative direction of ELIE SAAB, the interiors will combine natural marble, premium materials, bespoke finishes and exclusive ELIE SAAB Maison elements manufactured in Italy. A curated collection of lifestyle amenities, including wellness facilities, swimming pools, landscaped gardens, residents’ lounges and dedicated property services, will complete the experience.
