From May 13 to 18, the 16th International Economic Forum “Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum” is being held at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center. Among the participants is Emin Agalarov, Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan-Russia Business Council and President of Agalarov Development. On the first day alone, the forum brought together more than 12,000 participants from 104 countries and 82 regions.
As part of the forum, the International Property Market is taking place, with Sea Breeze as a partner. The resort city’s real estate projects were presented at the stand to Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin, Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation Irek Faizullin, Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, and Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation Anton Kobyakov. Guests were introduced to the unique Halfmoon and Caspian Dream Liner projects, currently under development on artificial islands in the Caspian Sea.
On May 15, Emin Agalarov and Sergey Gorkov signed a cooperation agreement between the Azerbaijan-Russia Business Council and the Russia-UAE Business Council. On the same day, another cooperation agreement was signed between the Business Council and the National Association of Robotics Market Participants, with the participation of Executive Director Olga Mudrova.
Emin Agalarov also spoke at the session Global Trends in Real Estate: Adaptability, Digitalization, and Investment in an Era of Change, where he discussed the global development of Sea Breeze, construction phases, and future prospects. On May 16, he presented a development project during an investors’ business breakfast.
“Partnership always opens up tremendous opportunities, and when it comes to international and cross-cultural collaboration, these opportunities become limitless. I do not rule out that Tatarstan may soon become our partner, as it is hosting us so warmly today. I am grateful to the forum organizers for the opportunity to build new connections and find common ground between countries. Today, distinguished guests visited the Sea Breeze stand — exchanging experience at such a high level is a great honor for me. Together, we are creating our shared future, and it all begins with open and meaningful dialogue,” Emin Agalarov noted.
