Flagship sales office of the Sea Breeze resort city opened in Moscow
On April 24, the grand opening of the flagship sales office of Sea Breeze resort city took place in Khamovniki. The space is located within the Sadovye Kvartaly residential complex at 10 Efremova Street, building 4/4, structure 1. Guests were welcomed by the founder and owner of Sea Breeze, Emin Agalarov.
The event was attended by producer Yana Rudkovskaya, gallerist Polina Askery, Media League footballer Dmitry Sychev, singer Brandon Stone, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FUN&SUN Taras Demura, CEO of FUN&SUN Vladimir Rubtsov, Deputy CEO of the YES apart-hotel chain Anton Agapov, founder of the major Razborshchik business channel Sharif Danilov, Russian entrepreneur and co-founder of the YouDo service and the Founders business conference Denis Kutergin, blogger Sergey Kalyuzhny, and others.
During the day, broker sessions were held as part of the opening, presenting new Sea Breeze projects. In the evening, the official opening of the office took place, including a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Emin Agalarov and Sea Breeze Commercial Director Ayaz Tagiyev.
“For us, the opening of a flagship sales office in Khamovniki is not only an expansion of the project, but also a new opportunity to strengthen our connection with clients, allowing us to continue growing and developing,” noted Emin Agalarov, founder and owner of Sea Breeze.
During the event, several key launches for the season in both development and tourism at Sea Breeze were also announced. That evening marked the announcement of the start of sales for the YES apart-hotel in Sea Breeze, one of the first Russian hotel operators to enter the resort city. The project is a modern 16-story serviced apartment complex with a total area of 60,000 sq. m, located in the heart of Sea Breeze within walking distance of key infrastructure and social facilities, offering an additional advantage for future owners and guests.
Yana Rudkovskaya supported the opening of the flagship office and spoke about a partnership project for the construction of sports facilities in Sea Breeze, including an ice arena. The total area of the facility will be 6,000–7,000 sq. m.
Emin Agalarov and Taras Demura also took part in the official signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between the resort city and its first tour operator partner, FUN&SUN. This partnership will help strengthen Azerbaijan’s image as a promising beach holiday destination, allowing Russian tourists to vacation on the Caspian Sea coast through convenient package tours.
