Sabah Investment Group and Reportage Properties have announced a partnership with ELIE SAAB to implement this project, which will be a new step in the development of Sea Breeze's modern residential environment. Located in a prestigious part of the resort city and offering breathtaking views of the Caspian Sea, Panorama by ELIE SAAB embodies the harmony of architecture, panoramic spaces, and exquisite interiors created in the spirit of ELIE SAAB Maison. The finishes feature high-quality Italian materials and furniture, and the project concept combines the experience of Sabah Investment Group, the international approach of Reportage Properties, and the distinctive style of ELIE SAAB, creating a comfortable and refined environment for living by the sea.

Earlier, as part of the First Azerbaijan International Investment Forum (AIIF-2025), Sea Breeze presented large-scale initiatives in the field of tourism and hospitality. Six leading global hotel brands – Crowne Plaza, Radisson Blu, JW Marriott, The Luxury Collection, and Rixos – were announced at the forum, officially joining the development of the resort city. In addition, the Nobu Hotel, Restaurant & Residences project will be implemented on the Caspian coast in partnership with the international brand Nobu Hospitality. The complex will include an 80-room hotel, 100 residences, and five villas in the brand's signature style. The partnership also covers the Nobu Sea Breeze Montenegro project, which will continue the development of the resort city concept outside Azerbaijan.
