Summer 2026 Across Agalarov Development Projects: New Projects, Major Events and Plans for the Future

This summer, Agalarov Development projects once again moved ahead at full speed: new territories were developed, new spaces opened, and international sporting competitions, festivals and events attracted thousands of guests. If the season could be described in one word, it would be movement — from the Caspian coast to Moscow and Charvak, from intimate gastronomic openings to major international events.

The highlight of the summer at Sea Breeze was DREAM FEST 2026. Over four days, the resort city welcomed more than 50,000 guests and over 50 artists, including Busta Rhymes, Ty Dolla $ign, John Newman, Cheb Khaled, Egor Kreed, JONY and EDIS. But the music programme was only one part of an eventful season.

This summer, Sea Breeze continued to evolve as a fully fledged city by the sea. It hosted the international FIP Bronze Baku II tournament, bringing together 170 athletes from 20 countries, as well as the Crocus Fitness Padel Cup featuring stars from the worlds of sport and entertainment. Three additional padel courts, including a panoramic court, opened at Sport Beach Club, bringing the total to eight. Meanwhile, the yacht club continued to expand its sailing, diving, surfing and other water activities.

Today, Sea Breeze spans more than 1,000 hectares of developed territory, is home to over 60,000 residents and hosts more than 100 events a year. At the same time, the project continues to grow: this summer saw the groundbreaking ceremony for Panorama by ELIE SAAB, while Sea Breeze Hotel received the international Green Key environmental certification.

Another important milestone was reached at Sea Breeze Uzbekistan. On August 23, concrete works began at the site of the future resort in the Bostanlyk District of the Tashkent Region. Covering 527 hectares with 7 kilometres of shoreline, the project will be developed in phases through 2035. The first stage will cover 190 hectares and include a 2.3-kilometre boulevard, new residential and resort spaces, as well as Lighthouse, White Villas and White Residences — projects already familiar from Sea Breeze in Azerbaijan.

In Moscow, ENZO Hotel Moscow opened this summer as part of the Poklonnaya 9 complex. The project was complemented by the 3,600-square-metre Crocus Fitness Kutuzovsky club and two AGALAROVREST dining concepts, il MONTE and SHAOLIN. The new urban resort brings together sport, gastronomy, leisure and event infrastructure within a single destination.

Estate Mall also had its own summer story. Throughout the season, it hosted the Summer Festival with concerts and special events, while one of its highlights was the family-friendly OK! Picnic, which brought together artists, society guests and celebrity friends of the magazine.

Summer 2026 demonstrated one thing above all: Agalarov Development projects continue to evolve not only in scale, but also in substance. New territories, sports infrastructure, gastronomy, culture and events are gradually coming together to create an integrated environment where life continues all year round.
