Summer Season 2026 Opens in Sea Breeze

Sea Breeze is launching the 2026 summer season with a major expansion of its infrastructure, new leisure spaces, and an extensive program of events for residents and visitors. This season, the resort city is enhancing its beaches, sports facilities, gastronomic concepts, and family-oriented attractions, continuing to develop its vision as a year-round lifestyle destination on the Caspian Sea.

Ahead of the summer season, Sea Breeze has upgraded its beach infrastructure with new umbrellas and sun loungers, bringing the total number to approximately 12,000. Additional changing facilities will be installed, while beach capacity will increase by 800 seats. The free public beach area will also be expanded by another 600 seats. Two new swimming pools will open exclusively for residents. In addition, new playgrounds and landscaped walking areas have been created to provide comfortable recreation for the whole family.

One of the key areas of development this summer is sports infrastructure. The yacht club is introducing a range of new activities for both adults and children, including a diving school, sailing classes, a surfing center, kayaking, and sea excursions to nearby islands. Three new padel courts have been added to the resort, bringing the total to ten, alongside three tennis courts.

This summer will also see the opening of the Sport Beach Club, a new venue for outdoor cycling classes and functional training sessions by the sea. On June 1, Crocus Fitness Lighthouse will host swimming competitions and a children’s football tournament dedicated to International Children’s Day. On June 6, guests can take part in a sports festival featuring competitions for children and adults, as well as masterclasses in classical ballet, boxing, SUP yoga, and Latin dance.

Throughout the season, Sea Breeze will host concerts and live music events at Shore House, Bosphorus, and other venues across the resort. On June 20, the Shore House terrace will host the debut edition of the #LETOLIFE music evening. The headline performer will be Misha Miller, who will perform in Baku for the first time. The #LETOOLIFE series will continue with atmospheric music nights on June 27 and July 17.

On May 28, Sea Breeze Marina Yacht Club will celebrate the start of the summer season with a sailing regatta, masterclasses for children and adults, a live music program, and various water-based activities.

From May 30 to August 30, the Sea Breeze Circus will present the “Circus on Ice” show, combining circus performances, ice productions, and live musical accompaniment.

On May 31, the resort will host a large-scale children’s one-kilometre race. After crossing the finish line, participants will enjoy an interactive festival featuring creative workshops and an entertainment program.

On June 1, Sea Breeze will open its ice rink, along with the new NOMA Ice Rink — a venue overlooking the skating arena in the amusement park. NOMA will continue expanding across the resort. In addition to its summer terrace in Marina Village, new NOMA coffee shops will open on the second floor of The Grand aparthotel and in the Lighthouse II complex. Later in June, a two-storey NOMA café with a dedicated coworking area will begin operations in the Woodville complex.

On June 5, Sea Breeze will launch its first-ever season of DJ performances. Frank Fala and Sebastian Conrad will perform at the Sea Breeze Summer Live venue, presenting open-air sets by the Caspian coast.

From June 12 to 14, Sea Breeze will host the third International Nine Senses Fest, bringing together approximately 1,500 participants and 80 international speakers. The program will include sunrise practices by the sea, lectures, workshops, art therapy sessions, live music performances, and a curated lifestyle market. Featured participants include Kriya Yoga master Imram Kriya, yoga teacher Bharat Thakur with over 30 years of experience, and other internationally recognized experts.

The highlight of the summer season will be DREAM FEST 2026, an international music festival taking place from July 23 to 26. Confirmed performers include British singer-songwriter John Newman; American R&B and hip-hop star Ty Dolla $ign, known for hits such as Paranoid and Or Nah; Grammy-nominated rap icon Busta Rhymes, celebrated for tracks including I Know What You Want and Touch It; rai music legend Cheb Khaled, performer of the international hit Aïcha; and popular Turkish artists Edis (Martılar, Arıyorum) and Zeynep Bastık (Lan, Ara). Additional performers will be announced in the coming weeks. The festival will be hosted by Regina Todorenko and Murad Dadashov.

This year, Sea Breeze celebrates its 20th anniversary. Over the past two decades, the project has evolved from the concept of a seaside resort community on the Caspian coast into one of the largest privately developed lifestyle and real estate destinations in Europe. Today, Sea Breeze is a place where architecture, infrastructure, nature, technology, and culture function as a unified ecosystem.
