Agalarov Development has announced the launch of Agalarov Residence and the opening of an office in Uzbekistan. The opening of the representative office in Tashkent underscores the company's long-term plans for the Uzbek market.
The grand opening of the office was attended by Agalarov Development President Emin Agalarov with his sons, as well as Joseph Prigozhin, Valeria, and other distinguished guests.
"Uzbekistan is one of the most dynamically developing markets today. The opening of an office in Tashkent and the launch of Agalarov Residence is our long-term step based on respect for the city, its architecture, and its people. We see great potential here and intend to develop projects that will fit organically into the modern urban environment," said Emin Agalarov.
The Agalarov Residence complex will combine five towers and become one of the architectural landmarks of the modern capital of Uzbekistan. The format is a premium aparthotel with around 700 apartments. Residents will enjoy a well-developed infrastructure, convenient parking, and a landscaped green courtyard. The lower floors will house retail and service spaces, gastronomic projects, and a large fitness center.
