Sea Breeze resort city has been recognized as a winner in two categories at the prestigious IPAX Asia Pacific International Property & Hotel Awards. This globally renowned award honors outstanding achievements by companies across all sectors of the real estate industry. The award ceremony took place on May 15–16 at the Marriott Marquis Bangkok hotel in Thailand.
The Landscape Architecture Azerbaijan category recognizes excellence in landscape architecture. Sea Breeze places strong emphasis on greening and environmental development. What was once a barren shoreline has been transformed into a vibrant area featuring a diverse range of trees and plants, many of which are unusual for the region. The landscaped area currently spans 300 hectares, with more than 10 million trees and shrubs planted, over half of them within the past year and a half.
The second award, Best Mixed-Use Development Azerbaijan, evaluates multifunctional development projects. Sea Breeze presented the Caspian Dream Liner apartment hotel, a standout highlight of its portfolio. This impressive 11-story apartment hotel, designed in the shape of a cruise liner, is being constructed on a purpose-built artificial island. The development will feature a variety of spaces, including an infinity pool and SPA, boutiques of global brands and beauty salons, premium restaurants, and a sky bar offering panoramic sea views.
In addition, the jury was presented with Halfmoon, a 50-hectare crescent-shaped artificial island, and The Grand apartment hotel, which had previously received an award from the Azerbaijan Urban Planning Committee in the Residential Architecture category.
“We sincerely thank the esteemed jury of the Asia Pacific International Property Awards for such high recognition of Sea Breeze. Winning in two categories is the result of extensive teamwork and an unwavering commitment to the highest quality standards. We are proud of this expert recognition—achievements like these inspire us to create even more ambitious projects,” said Emin Agalarov, founder of Sea Breeze resort city.
