Sea Breeze Receives the Real Estate Market Records Award

The 16th awards ceremony of the international “Real Estate Market Records” prize took place at Triumph Event Hall in Moscow. The event brought together hundreds of nominees — top managers from the real estate market in Russia and the CIS countries. The evening was hosted by Ksenia Sobchak and Alexander Pryanikov.

Following the results of the “Real Estate Market Records 2025” award, the resort city Sea Breeze became both a finalist and the winner in the “Sales Hit” category. The award is especially significant for the project, confirming the successful implementation of the resort city’s development plan, recognition from leading developers, and strong popularity among clients.
