Sea Breeze received Azerbaijan Design Award V for projects developed by the architectural firm One to One - Architecture & Design. The results of the award were announced in January 2026.
The Woodville project received an award in the “Landscape Design of Residential Complexes” category. The complex of townhouses and apartments forms a private living environment, where a well-maintained enclosed area combines green spaces, recreation areas, sports and children's infrastructure, creating a comfortable atmosphere for living and leisure.
Another winner of the competition was one of Sea Breeze's future projects, which was recognized in the “Architecture” category. The project is distinguished by its expressive architectural image and unusual facade design, which give the development its recognizable character. The architectural concept provides for bright living spaces with spacious terraces and a well-thought-out system of public areas, including recreational areas, swimming pools, and commercial infrastructure.
