Sea Breeze Uzbekistan Enters a New Stage of Development at Charvak

On August 23, as part of the official visit of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to Uzbekistan, a video conference was held with the participation of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to mark the launch of joint Azerbaijani-Uzbek projects. Among them was Sea Breeze Uzbekistan, a resort and residential complex in the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region. Concrete works were officially launched at the future Sea Breeze site.

The day before, as part of the official program, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed with the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan (MIIT). Representatives of leading Azerbaijani media also visited the Sea Breeze site, where they were briefed on the progress and key parameters of the project.

The development covers a total area of 527 hectares and features 7 km of shoreline. The project is scheduled for implementation from 2025 to 2035 and will be developed in stages. The first stage of construction will cover 190 hectares, including a 100-hectare first phase.

The project will feature modern resort and residential infrastructure, along with comprehensive landscaping and public realm improvements. As part of the first stage, a 2.3 km boulevard will be developed. Landscaping is a key priority: more than 1,000 trees have already been planted, with over 10,000 planned in total.

The development will also feature landmark projects already established at the Sea Breeze resort city in Azerbaijan, including Lighthouse, White Villas, and White Residences.
