On September 30, the international Crocus Fitness chain unveiled its new club, Crocus Fitness Kutuzovsky, Russia's first Signature Lux project.
The new club, with an area of 3,600 m2, is located in the Poklonnaya 9 residential building, known for its premium apartments and status as an architectural landmark of the capital. Crocus Fitness Kutuzovsky occupies an entire floor of the building, combining aesthetics, comfort, and an innovative approach to sports.
The highlight of the club is a 25-meter swimming pool with a glass dome, which allows you to swim outside at any time of the year. The flagship project of the Crocus Fitness chain opened in 2017 in Crocus City. Today, the chain includes more than 30 clubs in Moscow and the Moscow region, Sochi, St. Petersburg, Baku, as well as franchise projects.

New clubs have also been signed on Paveletskaya and in Petrovsky Park, and the chain continues to successfully develop its franchise projects.
The company estimates its investment in each club at 350+ million rubles.
