2025 was a year of active growth, major openings, and strengthened positions in all key business areas for Agalarov Development, from the fitness industry to international development.
In 2025, the Crocus Fitness chain expanded significantly and strengthened its presence in Russia and abroad. Five new clubs were opened during the year: Crocus Fitness Ladies Only in Baku, Crocus Fitness Kutuzovsky, Crocus Fitness Navka Arena, Crocus Fitness Petrovsky Park at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, and Crocus Fitness SKA Arena, which became home to the chain's second padel court in Russia. The company held the Russian Fitness Fair festival for the eighth time and organized a large-scale fitness night in St. Petersburg for the fourth time.
The AgalarovRest restaurant division continued its active development: a restaurant was opened in Tashkent, six restaurants began operating in Baku, and two restaurants in Moscow were rebranded.

Today, it is the No. 1 agency on the market: 95% of the models at Moscow Fashion Week were represented by ZHARA MODELS.
In the past year, the ZHARA MEDIA partnership project increased the number of events by 250%. All key events were sold out, including: the ZHARA MEDIA awards, ZHARA MUSIC, ZHARA FEST, and EMIN's grand solo concert. ZHARA MEDIA projects received a series of awards, including the Bolshaya Tsyfra television award, as well as social and industry awards from VOICE, FASHION TV, and others.
