Today, Emin Agalarov and the international hotel operator YES announced the construction of a unique resort and investment property—the YES SEA BREEZE apart-hotel in the Sea Breeze resort town in Baku.
The modern 16-story serviced apartment complex with a total area of 60,000 m² will be located on the shores of the Caspian Sea in the heart of Sea Breeze, within walking distance of major infrastructure and socially significant facilities, which will be an additional advantage for future owners and guests of the complex.
The aparthotel will have 941 apartments of various categories and layouts, ranging from 31 to 134 square meters. All apartments will be built in accordance with the high standards developed by the international hotel operator YES.
