50+ artists, 50,000+ guests, 5,500+ specialists and more than 200 tons of stage structures: international music festival DREAM FEST 2026 comes to an end at Sea Breeze
From July 23 to 26, the Caspian Sea coast at Sea Breeze resort city hosted the third international music festival DREAM FEST 2026 featuring world-renowned artists. Over four days, audiences enjoyed performances by global stars, unique show programs, impressive special effects and the atmosphere of a major summer event that brought together artists and guests from different countries.
This year, more than 50 artists from Azerbaijan, Russia, Turkey, CIS countries, Europe, the United Kingdom and Canada shared the same stage. The festival welcomed tens of thousands of spectators, while the scale of DREAM FEST 2026 was made possible by a large team of professionals. A total of 5,547 specialists worked on the festival organization, including technical crews, production teams, guest services and teams responsible for various festival zones.
One of the festival’s key visual elements was a 500 sq. m red carpet. Its construction took two weeks, with more than 50 specialists involved in creating the structure. The carpet was 40 meters long, while the construction weighed 4 tons. Thanks to specially developed engineering solutions, it can withstand strong Caspian winds of up to 53 meters per second. Every day, the festival’s concert program began here, where DREAM FEST artists and guests presented their looks and met with journalists. Among them were EDIS, John Newman, Ty Dolla $ign, Emin and Alena Agalarov, Ani Lorak, Alessandro Safina, Stas Mikhailov, JONY, Aygün Kazımova, Roza Zərgərli, Lvbel C5, Regina Todorenko, Yana Rudkovskaya, Oksana Samoilova, Svetlana Bondarchuk, Victoria Shelyagova, Serdar Kambarov, Gosha Kartsev, Alena Zhigalova and many other stars of music, cinema, fashion and media.
The technical production of DREAM FEST 2026 became one of the largest in the festival’s history. More than 200 tons of metal structures were used to create the stage and infrastructure, along with 1,200 lighting fixtures and 470 sq. m of LED screens. A large lifting platform for artists was integrated into the stage design, while kinetic lighting installations complemented the festival space.
Special effects created a unique atmosphere for each evening: more than 400 pyrotechnic charges, 36 minutes of fireworks, fire shows, smoke effects, streamers and confetti became part of the festival’s large-scale visual program.
The DREAM FEST 2026 red carpet became a visual installation combining the atmosphere of the Caspian Sea with the energy of music: smooth wave-like forms inspired by the movement of water, sand and sound waves created an immersive experience. A soft turquoise palette transitioning into light beige reflected the sea element and beach landscape, while the large-scale structure with dynamic lines emphasized the interaction between artists and the surrounding space. The concept received high praise from guests and media representatives: more than 100 federal and international media outlets covered the festival, while the red carpet’s visual identity became one of the key elements featured in photo and video reports.
“Every year, DREAM FEST opens a new chapter in its history. We want this festival to become a place where different cultures, generations and musical traditions come together. Sea Breeze gives us a unique opportunity to create a world-class event on the Caspian coast — where the energy of music meets the beauty of the sea and the atmosphere of a true summer celebration,” said Emin Agalarov.
An important tradition of DREAM FEST remains the ceremony of unveiling stars on the Sea Breeze Walk of Fame. This year, the Walk of Fame collection was expanded with personalized stars dedicated to Busta Rhymes, Cheb Khaled, EDIS, Emre Altuğ, Zeynep Bastık, Ty Dolla $ign and John Newman. The artists left their signatures, becoming part of the festival’s history and the unique music collection of Sea Breeze.
The first day of DREAM FEST 2026 marked the grand opening of a four-day musical journey on the shores of the Caspian Sea. The second day of DREAM FEST 2026 was dedicated to the sounds of Eastern music, bringing together artists from Azerbaijan, Turkey and Russia. The third day of the festival continued with the rhythms of the global music scene. The stage also featured performances by Jah Khalib, Lvbel C5, Andro, Megi Gogitidze, Merab Amzoevi and Sabi. Before the evening program, festival guests and journalists took part in a yoga session hosted by ZHARA MAG at CaspiMayr on the shores of the Caspian Sea.
The final day of DREAM FEST 2026 became the closing chapter of a four-day musical journey on the Caspian coast. On July 26, the Sea Breeze stage hosted solo performances by EMIN, JONY, Lyusya Chebotina, Artik & Asti and other artists. The program also featured British musician John Newman, who signed a personalized star for the Sea Breeze Walk of Fame. One of the most memorable moments of the fourth day was EMIN’s performance. The artist presented audiences with his greatest hits and special musical surprises: together with Stas Mikhailov, he performed the premiere of the song “Railway Stations of Lonely Souls” for the first time, while the hit “Fireplace” performed as a duet with JONY became one of the most anticipated moments of the evening.
