Sea Breeze recognized as the best international event venue by BEMA

Sea Breeze won the BEMA international award in the field of event marketing and communications in the category “Best Event Venue INTERNATIONAL.” The project was presented in person on February 17, and the award ceremony took place on February 19 in the new building of the Moscow Aviation Institute.

The Sea Breeze project combines the functions of a resort city and an international event venue into a single ecosystem. The uniqueness of the location lies in its ability to develop along with the scale of the events it hosts: the territory can be adapted for events of any level, from small-scale formats to large international festivals.

The Sea Breeze territory will feature the DREAM Arena project, a modern event venue designed to accommodate up to 50,000 spectators, which will host performances by world-class artists and large-scale festivals. A 200-hectare artificial island called Fire Island will be created, with plans to relocate part of the Formula 1 track to it in the future, underscoring Sea Breeze's long-term vision as a multifunctional center for major international events.

The evaluation of projects for the BEMA awards took into account several key criteria:

  • The main idea of the project — the issues addressed, the underlying meanings, and the Big Idea
  • Creativity — plot twists and unconventional solutions that create a wow effect
  • Effectiveness — impact on business development, target audience motivation, economic and social results, interactive engagement of participants, return on investment, satisfaction index
  • Technological sophistication — use of digital platforms, AR/VR technologies, and services that contribute to achieving results.

Sea Breeze's victory in the international BEMA awards confirms the project's status as a leading venue for world-class events and reflects its strategic development as a unique ecosystem for living, leisure, and events.
