Emin Agalarov, President of Agalarov Development, Participates in SPIEF 2025

On June 19–20, Emin Agalarov, Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan–Russia Business Council and President of Agalarov Development, took part for the first time in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), one of the largest international platforms for discussing economic and business issues.

On the first day, the main session was the panel “Russia–Azerbaijan Business Dialogue,” attended by Shahin Mustafayev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Alexey Overchuk, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation; Yusif Abdullayev, Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO); Alexey Repik, Chairman of the All-Russian Public Organization “Delovaya Rossiya”; and other speakers.

“Our experience has shown that in order to attract Russian developers, it is necessary to create the most comfortable conditions for the integration of foreign businesses. Today we have a support center for Russian entrepreneurs, and we plan to extend its operating principles to other sectors of business. Azerbaijan has established free economic zones, and we are successfully integrating Russian businesses within the resort city of Sea Breeze and beyond—strengthening the bridge that already exists between our countries,” noted Emin Agalarov.

On the same day, the roundtable “Real Estate 2025: Investment Horizons,” organized by the Kommersant Publishing House, and the Roscongress session “Urban Hub ‘Legacy. Visionaries’” were also held. Emin Agalarov spoke about the Sea Breeze project and explained why, when designing and building modern developments, it is important to combine comfort and innovative approaches while preserving classic architectural details.

On June 20, in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan–Russia Business Council, Emin Agalarov signed cooperation agreements with the All-Russian Public Organization “Lawyers of Russia Association,” with the participation of Chairman of the Board Mr. Gruzdev; with the RK-Investments Foundation, with the participation of Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation Mr. Kobyakov; and with the Russia–Azerbaijan Business Council.
