Agalarov Development became finalist of the 7th International Sports Business Championship

Agalarov Development has become a finalist of the 7th International Sports Business Championship in the “Developer of the Year” category. The SBC Award (Sport Business Consulting) has been bringing together professionals in the sports business industry for eight years, creating a platform for sharing expertise, identifying best practices, and fostering industry development.

A total of 602 applications were submitted for the competition, with 27 categories established, and a jury comprising 250 leading industry experts.

On April 18, during the official awards ceremony, the winners and finalists were announced, including Agalarov Development. In the Developer of the Year category, the company presented the Fitness by Emin Agalarov project, which includes Crocus Fitness, ZHARA Fit, and a wellness direction. Each project reflects a comprehensive approach to creating modern, in-demand fitness spaces that meet high standards of quality and comfort. One of the key criteria for reaching the final was the company’s clear strategic goal: to create a comfortable environment incorporating sports infrastructure within integrated urban development, as well as to develop large-scale sports clusters.

Agalarov Development showcased a portfolio of completed and planned sports projects, including seven fitness clubs opened last year, three projects scheduled to open this year, and two franchised facilities. Particular attention was given to Sea Breeze resort city, where 11,100 sq. m have been allocated for sports infrastructure.

Agalarov Development operates across 10 key business areas and has more than 60 unique projects. Smart cities, successful restaurant chains, fitness clubs, and eco-initiatives — all company projects are developed in line with high quality standards, environmental responsibility principles, and supported by strong infrastructure.
