The Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, represented by the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade, and Sea Breeze Uzbekistan have signed an investment agreement for the development of an all-season resort complex.
At the current stage, preparatory and infrastructure works are underway at the project site, including land grading and the mobilization of specialized equipment. All works are being carried out in accordance with the approved project implementation schedule.
Under the terms of the agreement, Sea Breeze Uzbekistan has been granted a land plot on a long-term lease basis for a period of 25 years, with a preferential right of extension.
In addition, in accordance with established procedures, the company has been granted the exceptional right to carry out construction works in parallel with the development of design and cost estimate documentation until the end of 2029, which will help optimize the project implementation timeline.
The project is aimed at developing tourism infrastructure, attracting investment, and creating new jobs in the region.
