On April 18, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva, and Ali and Mikail Agalarov visited the Sea Breeze development in Baku to get acquainted with both completed and upcoming projects planned for the area.
The founder and owner of Sea Breeze resort city, Emin Agalarov, conducted a tour of the territory and provided detailed insights into new real estate and infrastructure projects. In particular, the Park Residences 2 complex, which has been successfully commissioned, was presented. The development includes 10 seven-story residential buildings comprising 1,260 apartments. A well-developed infrastructure has been created to ensure comfortable living conditions, including swimming pools, recreational areas, and extensive landscaping.
